Norris Marshall — Founder & CEO I founded this business 41 years ago. Over time I knew we needed to bring in outside influences to help us grow and become world class. Bringing in Mario from Quantum Leap Partners has been by far the best answer to that I have found. The Quantum Leap team has lived the life of running businesses and operations and has a track record of constantly improving them. But better yet, they are able to teach US and mentor me and my team how to do that. Quantum Leap Partners gave us the tools and trained my leaders on how to use them. My staff, like anyone else’s, was skeptical at first, but by the time Quantum Leap Partners had completed the training we had 100% buy-in and on board. Even better, they were excited about this new way of managing. I would not hesitate to recommend Mario and Quantum Leap Partners, they can definitely make a real difference in your company.

Elevating Excellence: Daune’s Leadership & Process Evolution

We had the privilege of leading a strategic consulting project with the team at Daune, a company renowned since 1994 for its premium bedding products made from organic goose feathers and down, sourced from the finest European centers.

Our mission was to support Daune in building a long-term strategic plan focused on ensuring its survival and sustainable growth, grounded in robust processes and empowered people.

Using the Hoshin Kanri methodology, we aligned strategic goals, identified key bottlenecks, and preserved the company’s core strengths such as its exclusive anti-allergy feather treatment and commitment to sustainability.

The project focused on:
Strengthening decision-making and leadership capabilities
Enhancing operational processes and management tools
Fostering a mindset of strategic execution and continuous improvement.

The Daune team quickly embraced the methodology and is now fully engaged in implementing the action plan with energy, clarity, and purpose.

This collaboration is a powerful example of how strategic consulting can drive transformation while honoring a company’s legacy of quality, innovation, and care for both people and processes.

The daily management process implemented at the Holley Carburetor Manufacturing and Exhaust Manufacturing in Bowling Green has driven significant operational improvements. First and foremost is communication between the team members and leadership, not only within the plant but also with cross functional groups that are attending the daily GEMBA walks. The increase in communication has led to discovering issues or problems that may not have bubbled up in the past and also for quick action in resolving the issues. The accountability of the individuals responsible for issue resolution is greatly enhanced as there are daily reminders on the accountability portion of the boards. No longer is the team having to wait on email responses or send email reminders of tasks that need to be completed. All together, this is allowing Managers, Team Leads and Setups to more efficiently run their areas.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with Mario Iannantuono since 1997, and throughout that time, I’ve witnessed firsthand his unmatched ability to drive sustainable transformation through Lean Leadership and strategic execution. His depth of business experience, coupled with a true passion for developing leaders at every level, makes Mario and the Quantum Leap Partners team a force multiplier for any organization serious about achieving world-class performance.

Mario’s GEMBA training and execution approach creates immediate cultural alignment between leadership and Operations. His Lean road mapping and Hoshin Kanri strategic prioritization frameworks bring clarity and focus to even the most complex operations, ensuring that everyone is working on what truly moves the needle.

I’ve personally seen the impact of Mario’s mentorship — from turnaround performance coaching to executive leadership development, he elevates both the individual and the organization. His project management discipline, consolidation planning expertise, and talent-mentoring acumen consistently deliver results that are measurable, repeatable, and lasting.

For any company looking to move from reactive management to a proactive, data-driven, and empowered culture, I can say with confidence that Quantum Leap Partners delivers exactly that. Mario’s leadership is second to none — a true partner in operational excellence and organizational transformation.
