Implemented Results

  1. Setup time reduced from an average of 80 minutes to 50 minutes, a 37% reduction.
  2. This reduction meant a 24% increase in press availability time, allowing to meet increased demand.
  3. Tool warehouse reorganized, Kanban implemented.
