Lead on-site Task Force team with OEM’s, Client Experts and Supplier Team to identify bottlenecks and resolve major quality issues, that required significant & complex rework process.
Used strategic problem solving to eliminate top root causes for Bottleneck & Rework.
Train & implement shopfloor management systems to improve OEE.
Train & implement SMED to reduce change over & set-up times.
Review quality standards and acceptance criteria to reduce scrap/rework.
Implemented Results
Prevented any OEM disruption, logistic & quality.
OEE from below 10% to above 70%.
Scrap rate from 20% to below 3%.
