Implemented Results

  1. ERP process changed with a 50% reduction in overall costs (IT costs and full-time employee costs).
  2. Inventory accuracy increased from 75% to 100%.
  3. Inventory turnover increased from 12 to 24.
  4. Employee turnover decreased from 10% to 3%.
