- Problem investigation using 5 Whys.
- Defined a technology to solve the problem (robotization of the operation).
- Applied Brainstorming even after conclusion, as it was costly and time-consuming.
- Final solution adopted was much simpler and quicker (comparison camera).
Implemented Results
- Rework was reduced to ZERO, no more overtime and potential line stoppages at the client.
- Waste in overtime of over 15% of the FP eliminated.
