- Focused on conventional finishing lines, eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing production flow and information, implementing 5S, reviewing stocks (WIP), and implementing “Shop Floor Management”.
Implemented Results
- OTD increased from 80% to 98%.
- Extra Freight decreased from an average of 70 thousand euros/month to 14 thousand euros/month, an annual reduction of 700 thousand euros.
