Unfounded complaints and demerits from the OEM regarding the supplied product.

Strategy Applied

  1. Created a Multidisciplinary Working Group in conjunction with the OEM.
  2. Conducted several Brainstorming sessions.
  3. Analyzed DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Contingency Plan, Internal Logistics of the supplied set, and the vehicle.

Implemented Results

  1. > As no issues were detected with the supplied product (dimensions, quality, functionality, etc.), it was decided to place a resident employee within the OEM at the assembly point of the supplied set.

     

  2. This practice addressed doubts and potential misunderstandings from the OEM and resolved issues on the spot, avoiding escalations and irrelevant demerits.
