Lead an onsite Shopfloor Task Force OEM’s, Client and Supplier teams, implementing a “Plant Management System to ensure output to cover demand, mitigating risks on safety, quality and costs, using systematic shopfloor visual management.
Results
– Zero recordable accident.
– Output covered 85% of demand and 105% of plant commitment.
– Team engagement was celebrated after 2 months working 24/7 pattern.
